All Saints Garden Art & Craft Market
All Saints Garden is situated on the heart of Cambridge, opposite Trinity
and Saint John's College.
All Saints Garden Craft Market was established in the Seventies for the
benefit of local artists and crafts people. I heard about All Saints from a
colleague in Suffolk and decided to give it a go. Once I got there, it did
not take me long to realise that this was a very special place.
All of the people who were there as traders, were not just about making money,
they were also about nurturing talent and encouraging their fellow
stallholders.
All Saints Garden is not just another venue, it is more of a surrogate family.
We all try to support each other and cradle the skill that is inherent in
all of us.
In this age of seemingly unstoppable stress and a culture of having to have
results before they are even thought of, All Saints is a refuge for people like
myself, who are more interested in the quality of the work that I produce, than
the amount of money that I make.
This is what makes a place like All Saints so unique, as the customer gets
guaranteed high quality produce because the people who sell the work, make the
work. Personally, I get the satisfaction of knowing and dealing with my
customers and many of them become personal friends.
So, come and see me at All Saints, which is open every Saturday throughout the
year.
